INTRODUCTION
Vanadium can be recovered from a number of ore-types for example uranium-vanadium ores, phosphate rock, vanadiferous clays, vanadiferous iron ores, and titaniferous magnetites. SGS Minerals Services has extensive experience and expertise in the unit operations that are used in the processing of vanadium ores.

The extensive batch and pilot testing facilities at SGGS Minerals Services, which have been utilised in major process development programs like nickel laterites and gold ores, can be readily repurposed for vanadium-bearing ores
