SGS MinnovEX is the world leader in sparging technology for column flotation and leach tanks. We developed and originated the waterless jet action sparger, eliminating the need for a water header and the maintenance associated with it, and increasing the life of the sparger.

Our line of spargers are made with state of the art wear-resistant materials, are easy to maintain, remove and re-install on-line. The sparger and replacement tips are economically priced resulting in a cost effective, low maintenance sparging system.

SGS MinnovEX Variable Gap Sparger
The Variable Gap Sparger is a stainless steel sparger specifically designed for on-line bubble size adjustment. The bubble size is controlled by adjusting the annular discharge gap at the sparger tip. This flexibility gives the Variable Gap Sparger a much wider operational range than spargers with a single fixed orifice making it ideal for the startup of new column installations. The SGS MinnovEX Variable Gap Sparger is warranted for 2 years.

SGS MinnovEX Fixed Gap Sparger
The Fixed Orifice Sparger is another low maintenance sparger that produces optimum bubble size distribution and consistent metallurgy. It is ideal for existing columns where optional gas flow and desired bubble size is well known. The Fixed Orifice Sparger comes with an automatic interior shutoff device that executes on loss of air pressure. The shutoff occurs at the sparger head, eliminating problems with sparger plugging due to lost air pressure or column shut down.

Each sparger comes equipped with an auxiliary trigger testing mechanism so operators can tell if the sparger is functioning properly. The Fixed Orifice Sparger is warranted for 2 years.
